	How long will it take? Using medical grade peroxide gel only available through the dentist, you can expect to see your teeth lighten by two or three shades in just five days. Results can vary due to the nature of the nature of the original discolouration of your teeth and an additional period may be required for some people in order to achieve the desired effect. How long do I wear the trays? We will ask you to wear the trays for 40 minutes daily, initially for a period of five to ten days. You will be given a shade guide and photograph of your teeth, so that you can monitor the lightening process at home. What are the benefits? Bleaching improves the appearance of your teeth without removing any of the natural tooth surface. Bleaching is a better option than a crown or a veneer if you want to lighten the colour of healthy teeth.
