	How long will it last? You can keep your smile beautiful and white indefinitely by periodically re-whitening your teeth using your trays and gel. Usually once a month for 40 minutes is all it takes! Is everyone suitable? Only natural teeth will be lightened by the bleaching process. Any crowns, veneers or fillings you have will remain the same shade. If you have any crowns or fillings at the front of your mouth, you will need to have them replaced after the bleaching by your dentist, so that they will match your new lighter natural teeth. What are the side effects? You may experience some sensitivity of your teeth after the five day course. This usually lasts for 24 – 48 hours and resolves spontaneously.
